The story of the Locate Close project is one of curiosity, patience, and the discovery of hidden beauty.
It all started with simple curiosity and a basic macro lens. The first experiments captured dew on a spider's thread, revealing a world of symmetry and unknown brilliance.
We turned our attention to microfauna. Hours of waiting in the garden were rewarded with stunning portraits of insects, highlighting the intricate colors and structures of wings and compound eyes.
The final stage of exploration sought beauty in the abstract. Tree bark, flower petals, salt crystals – each became an alien landscape, transforming the familiar into the fantastic.
Locate Close is not just about magnified photos. It's about slowing down the pace, about looking twice, and about finding entire universes in one square centimeter of space. Each image is an invitation to observe the world around you more closely.
